    Questions people ask

    How long does an order take?

    It depends on the size of the part and how many you need. Your quote includes a firm delivery date. If you have an event or a deadline, put the date in your request and we will tell you right away if we can make it.

    How does shipping work?

    Personal orders ship free to Canada and the US. For business orders, we confirm delivery options and cost with your quote.

    Which colours and materials can I pick?

    PLA in standard, matte, silk, glow and translucent finishes, plus PETG, ABS, ASA, TPU, PC, nylon and carbon fibre blends for working parts. Up to 4 colours in one piece. Personal orders can pick any colour combination and one of 10 fonts.

    Which files can I send?

    3D files in STL, 3MF, STEP or OBJ. For logos and lettering, SVG works best, and PNG or JPG are fine. Attach up to 3 files with your request, or include a link for anything larger. No file yet? Design services are available.
